I’ve always been drawn to two worlds—the creative and analytical.

After studying business in college, I wanted to understand it on a much deeper level, which led me to earn my MBA from Clark University at the age of 24.

I was ambitious, determined, and believed in the power of business to create meaningful change in the world, and as a way to create the life you dream of living.

Yet, something was still missing.

I felt called to further explore my creative side, which led me to study graphic design at the Rhode Island School of Design.

It proved to not only be about creative expression and aesthetics—I was learning to see challenges and solve problems in an entirely new way.

Success to Searching

So, I launched my strategy and design firm immediately after graduate school.

Over the next 15 years, I build what looked like incredible success from the outside. The business was thriving, working with prestigious clients around the world.

I found myself in the trappings of achievement—the lifestyle, the recognition, the financial rewards.

Yet deep within, I felt a growing disconnect. A quit voice kept asking: Is this all there is? It feels like something is missing—but what? What else could I possibly do? What’s next?

I knew something had to change. I knew I was meant to be doing something of greater meaning and more holistic impact—both for myself and for others.

The Power of Purpose

This questioning and a journey of personal development and inner work led me to explore coaching.

I immersed myself in understanding human potential and the dynamics of personal transformation.

Coaching leaders awakened something profound in me. It connected me to a deeper purpose—helping others realize their fullest potential. It felt aligned with my essence—my truth.

Yet, something was still missing.

The coaching world, while deeply transformative for individuals, felt disconnected from high-level business strategy and organizational direction.

I recognized that creating truly transformative impact required shaping organizational strategy and direction—connecting personal growth to business evolution in a holistic integrated way.

Moment of Clarity

I saw strategy consultants design brilliant plans with no attention to the leadership evolution required to implement them.

I witnessed executive coaches create profound breakthroughs that never translated to organizational transformation.

I observed design thinkers envision inspiring possibilities with no pathway to execution.

Created from a profound recognition of what was missing in my own journey, and the journeys of the leaders I worked with.

I created Clapp & Co. to be the partnership I wish existed during my own entrepreneurial path—one that unifies these powerful disciplines to catalyze bold vision into extraordinary reality.

Rather than a solo practice, I assembled a collaborative team of strategists, executive coaches, and creative thinkers—each bringing specialized expertise while sharing our core belief that extraordinary emerges where strategy, leadership, and energy align.

Brand Expansion: Developing brand strategies for diverse organizations taught me how to align internal purpose with external expression, creating authentic resonance that naturally attracts

Energy & Performance Dynamics: As a certified Wealth Dynamics and Talent Dynamics consultant, I help leaders and teams identify their natural flow states and leverage their unique genius—creating organizational alignment where energy multiplies rather than depletes.
